Refund Rules

Digital Seva Portal aims to make the process of applying for PAN Card smooth and easy by providing support throughout the process. The services we provides include processing of application forms for those who are applying for new PAN card, corrections and changes to their existing PAN and request for duplicate or replacement of lost or damaged PAN card. For Quality Service we offer refund in pan card services.


Refund Rules are as follows :-

1. If user has filled wrong form . We offer full refund of amount.

2. If user form is not aunthenciate by NSDL. We offer full refund of amount.

3. Refund Right subject to Admin only.

4. No Refund After NSDL Reciept Generation.

5. Agent Fees will not be refunded.

6. Distributor Fees will not be refunded.

Cancellation Rules

Cancellation Rules are as follows :-

1. Pan Card Form can be cancel before NSDL Reciept Generation. User cannot direct cancel the Pan Card Form. User have to contact Technical Support.

2. Pan Card Form isn't cancel after NSDL Reciept Generation.

3. Cancellation Right subject to Admin only.
